These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and, once we open, the classes and services offered by Power Sculpt Mat Studio in Oxford, Mississippi. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About the studio

Power Sculpt Mat Studio is currently in development and not yet open. Class styles, schedules, pricing and policies described on this website are preliminary and may change before opening. Signing up for email updates does not create a membership or booking, and no fee is charged through this website at this time.

Website content and ownership

All text, photography, class names, branding and design on this website belong to Power Sculpt Mat Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

Classes, bookings and memberships

Once classes begin, bookings, class packs and memberships will be governed by the pricing, cancellation and waitlist policies published at that time. We may adjust schedules, instructors, pricing and policies from time to time. Details on refunds, late cancellations and class expiration will be clearly stated before any purchase is accepted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to breach its security, interfering with its operation, using it to send unlawful communications, or misrepresenting your identity when contacting us or joining our email list.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
